Alexander DiLeonardo

Chief Talent Officer, Activision Blizzard

Alexander serves as Activision Blizzard’s global Chief Talent Officer. He is passionate about innovating in and shaping the future of the human-capital space and, ultimately, making work better for all. As the organization’s talent leader, Alexander oversees the complete career lifecycle for our over 10,000 employees; including workforce planning, recruiting, learning and development, and performance management.

Before joining Activision Blizzard, Alexander was a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s New York, London, and Miami offices where he was a leader in the Firm’s Organization Practice and built and led their People Analytics Service Line.  In this role, Alexander supported an international array of entities on their most pressing talent-related challenges including culture, workforce strategy, operating model design, inclusion and diversity, and large-scale transformation.

Educated at Carnegie Mellon University, Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Tepper School of Business and a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from the Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy.

Alexander is a guest lecturer at Harvard Business School, the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, and the Imperial College Business School in London.  He is also an enthusiastic road cyclist.
